Privacy Policy
Last updated August 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how SafeHazeLLC (“SafeHazeLLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, request a demonstration, create a workspace, or use the change-window service (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly. When you request a demo or contact us we receive your name, work email, company name, team size, and any message you choose to send. When a workspace is created we receive account identifiers, role assignments, and billing contact details provided by your organization. When you use the product we store the content you enter into windows, approvals, holds, and release notes, including service names, ticket identifiers, and comments you attach to a change.
We collect technical information automatically. This includes browser type, device type, referring pages, timestamps, approximate region derived from IP address, and diagnostic logs needed to operate the Service. We do not use this technical data to advertise on third-party networks. We may collect limited usage events inside the product, such as which board views are opened, so we can keep the Service reliable and understand which features are actually used.
If you connect an integration, we receive the tokens and object identifiers required to operate that connection. That may include issue keys, pipeline ids, channel names, and monitor links you choose to attach to a window. We request only the scopes needed for the documented feature. We do not scrape personal directories from your other tools beyond what you authorize.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the Service: to authenticate users, render boards, send approval reminders, detect conflicting windows, publish release notes you choose to share, and respond to support requests. We use billing details to invoice the plan your organization selected and to communicate about payment status.
We use contact details from demo requests to schedule a walkthrough and to follow up about the product. You can ask us to stop those messages at any time by writing to the address below. We use aggregated, de-identified metrics to understand capacity and reliability. We do not sell personal information and we do not rent workspace content to data brokers.
We may use limited automated analysis to highlight overlapping services or missing owners on a board. Those suggestions are generated from data you already stored in the workspace. They are not used to make legal or similarly significant decisions about individuals outside the Service.
How we share information
We share information with subprocessors that host infrastructure, send email, process payments, or provide error monitoring. Those providers act on our instructions and are bound to protect the data. We share information with the third-party products you connect, solely to perform the integration you enabled. We may share information with professional advisers under confidentiality when required to operate the business.
We may disclose information if required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the Service and its users. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, information may move with the business. We will notify workspace owners of a material change in control when reasonably possible.
Workspace content is visible to members and guests your organization invites. We do not publish your windows or release notes outside your workspace unless you use a sharing feature you control.
International transfers
The Service may be hosted and supported in more than one region. When we transfer information across regions we use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the providers involved. We do not represent that data will remain in a single country. If your organization requires a specific hosting region, discuss that during contracting.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege production access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting workspace credentials, rotating API tokens, and choosing appropriate member roles. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as the workspace is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for invoices, disputes, and legal obligations. We retain window and approval records according to the retention settings of the plan or a longer period if you ask us in writing to preserve them for an audit you are conducting. Demo request messages are retained long enough to complete the conversation and then deleted or archived on a routine schedule.
Your rights
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive a portable copy. Workspace content is controlled by your organization. If you are a member of a customer workspace, we may direct your request to the workspace owner so they can fulfill it from their admin tools.
To make a request, email support@safehaze.online. We will ask you to verify your identity before acting. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your region. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies and similar storage to keep a session authenticated, remember display preferences, and protect forms from abuse. We may use a lightweight analytics cookie on the marketing site to understand which pages are read. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not allow third-party ad networks to drop trackers on our pages. You can block cookies in your browser; some parts of the Service will then stop working, including sign-in.
Children
The Service is built for professional teams. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, when changes are material, provide additional notice to workspace owners through the product or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Contact
